Each of our wooden benches is eco-designed using a short, controlled supply chain. The wood is sourced from either local forests located within a fifteen-kilometer radius of our workshop or from PEFC-certified forests in France. All our forests are sustainably managed to preserve their vitality, biodiversity and regenerative capacity. Every part of the tree is used and repurposed into blocks, planks, sawdust, or 100% natural wood shavings.
Nature is an inexhaustible source of inspiration and curiosity for Hugo Delavelle, designer and founder of the cabinetmaking workshop, which is certified as a "Living Heritage Company" (EPV). He designs all-wood furniture with a seemingly simple design that actually requires genuine expertise in wood and traditional assembly techniques.
Combining traditional cabinetmaking skills with a focus on design and continuous innovation, the workshop creates authentic and resolutely contemporary collections. Each piece of furniture is hot-stamped to guarantee its authenticity and origin.
First, ask yourself which design best suits your needs. Also, consider the bench's function and its intended location in the room.
If our standard models don't quite meet your expectations, let your creativity run wild! We can design a unique, custom-made bench just for you. The workshop is here to discuss your project and help you personalize your space. The type of wood you choose for your bench - whether it's walnut, oak, beech, or maple, for example - will determine its overall look. Therefore, think carefully about your personal style and see if the chosen type of 100% natural wood suits you.
