In-stock items:

• Processing and validation of your order within 24 hours of payment receipt.
• Dispatch within 3 to 5 days (excluding weekends, public holidays, and company leave).

Made-to-order items:

• Processing and validation of your order within 24 hours of payment receipt.
• Manufacturing within the lead times specified for each product.
• Dispatch of your order.

Good to know: regardless of the chosen delivery method, your order is always insured and will be replaced in case of an incident.

Choosing the Most Suitable Delivery Option

As part of our eco-friendly initiative, unlike most retailers, we do not include transport costs in our product prices to raise awareness among our customers: delivery costs (excluding parcels) are calculated based on the actual distance from our workshop located in Saulnot, eastern France.

Parcel Delivery

The fastest and most economical delivery option for small furniture and items under 30 kg:

• Your furniture or item is packaged in a suitable box.

• Average delivery time: 24 to 72 hours within Europe (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• Delivered to your door with signature upon receipt.

• Delivery tracking link sent by our carrier.

• Option for delivery to a collection point near you.

• Delivery insured by a small van under 3.5 tonnes.

• If you are absent during delivery, you will receive an SMS from the carrier to arrange a new appointment.

• Remember to check the contents of the package in the presence of the delivery person. If not possible, add a reservation note when signing, as no claims can be made later.

Pallet Delivery to Ground Floor

Standard delivery as close as possible to your home, depending on access possibilities:

• Suitable for all types of products, even heavy and bulky ones.
  

• Your furniture is packaged and protected on a pallet.
  

• Average delivery time: 2 to 4 days within Europe (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  

• Delivered by appointment to your doorstep with a signature required.
  

• Delivered by a truck over 3.5 tonnes to the specified address (additional costs may apply if the delivery location is not accessible by a heavy truck: check accessibility for this type of truck and inform us of any specific restrictions, such as streets restricted to heavy vehicles, height limitations, narrow streets, etc.).
  

• Disposal of the pallet, packaging, and protective materials is your responsibility.
  

• Please check the condition of the package contents in the presence of the delivery driver.
  

Delivery with installation at your home

Comfort delivery, with installation of your furniture inside your home.

• Your furniture is delivered and set up by our team inside your home.

• No packaging to dispose of: boxes, pallets, etc., the delivery team takes care of everything!

• Delivery by appointment according to your availability (Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm).

• Check the accessibility of the delivery location for a truck and inform us of any specific restrictions: streets restricted to heavy vehicles, height limitations, narrow streets, etc.
