Customisable Scandinavian Coffee Table in Walnut and HI-MACS Resin

Made with two intertwining legs, the MéliMélo coffee table in walnut has been entirely designed and handcrafted in a woodworking workshop in France. 100% Made in France, the local wood comes from sustainably managed forests and is PEFC certified. The HI-MACS resin top is made from a blend of acrylic, minerals, and natural pigments. Customizable, choose the type of solid wood and a different resin color that suits you (on request).! Our furniture is designed and made entirely in our workshop in eastern France, our artisans use only vegetable oil for the finish and formaldehyde-free wood glue to ensure good indoor air quality. Description of the MéliMélo Walnut and Resin Coffee Table:

• HI-MACS® Alpine White resin top, 20 mm thick
• Other resin colors available upon request
• Solid walnut legs, section 80 x 22 mm
• Joinery with mortise and tenon, glued dowels
• Formaldehyde-free wood glue (no harmful agents)
• French PEFC certified wood
• Walnut finish: Rubio Oil Plus 2C (0% VOC)
• Delivered fully assembled, packed, and protected on a pallet
• Designer: Hugo Delavelle, 2012
• 100% French craftsmanship: Hugo Delavelle Workshop

The solid walnut base of this MéliMélo coffee table is carefully sanded and hand-oiled with Rudio Oil Plus 2C to protect and enhance the wood. The Alpine White resin top is finely sanded to give it a matt finish. A high-gloss finish is available on request. The oil used meets the EN 71-3 toy standard for children's safety.
The walnut used for the base of this coffee table comes from local sustainably managed forests. These forests, our sawmills and the wood we process are PEFC (Pan European Forest Certification) certified. Our workshop is also PEFC certified.
This guarantees the traceability of the wood used and its sustainable exploitation. Our supplies are regularly checked by an independent organisation.

Eco-design is a preventive approach that minimises the impact of this coffee table on the environment:

- stackable: optimised storage
- made from local wood: a renewable and recyclable resource
- repairable: natural wood and resin can be sanded and restored
- Although the table top is not a natural material, we chose it because it can be repaired (glued, sanded, polished, etc.) and its qualities make it very durable.
All our furniture is made from selected natural materials:

- reduced indoor air pollution
- no hazardous substances.
- reduced VOC (volatile organic compound) emissions.
- formaldehyde-free wood glue.
- wood finish with Rudio Oil Plus 2C oils (0% VOCs)
- Gold label oil for indoor air quality
- the resin is non-emissive and therefore does not pollute the air in your home.
"The maintenance of this coffee table is very simple and easy :

- daily cleaning: with a damp sponge or cloth.
- Occasional care of the wood as required: apply care oil with a cloth.
- If there are scratches on the wood: sand and apply oil with a cloth.
- Occasional HI-MACS ® care: rub with a damp sponge and microbead scouring cream (CIF).
