Height-adjustable stool

Made in France, this Delavelle® solid wood screw stool is a design reinterpretation of the traditional watchmaker's stool. Its round, rotating seat is height-adjustable to match the height of your kitchen island, bar or table, offering great flexibility of use for convivial moments of exchange. The curved seating surface provides comfortable, ergonomic seating. The design, the oak used and the craftsmanship of this piece of furniture make it durable and of exceptional quality. The screw is machined in Germany, but everything else is handcrafted from cut to finish by a cabinetmaker in our workshop in Haute-Saône, eastern France, using local wood from sustainably-managed, PEFC-ecocertified forests. This stool is the object of an advanced eco-design approach: optimized local manufacturing, renewable and eco-certified natural materials (wood and oil), formaldehyde-free glue, high durability, good repairability, access to spare parts, materials that can be recycled and recovered at end-of-life - everything is done to minimize its environmental impact and make it part of a circular and sustainable model.
