A bench combining design and fine materials

The Aix bench, 180 cm, combines solid oak from Franche-Comté and Alpine wool from the Bonneval fabric by Arpin mill (73), two timeless and ancestral natural materials. Like all Delavelle furniture, the Aix bench is eco-designed and 100% made in France, in Saulnot (70) at the brand's workshop. Skilled cabinetmakers and upholsterers carefully assemble these noble materials to provide you with a comfortable and durable seating experience. This 3-seater version, 180 cm, is perfect for accommodating three people. The seat and backrest are available in six colour options of Arpin® fabric. Manufacturing details:

The Aix bench is treated only with natural vegetable oil. The wood remains free of harmful substances and retains all its excellent properties. It breathes, absorbing moisture and gradually releasing it into the air, ensuring a healthy and pleasant room climate.
The final sanding and application of the oil is done entirely by hand, ensuring an impeccable finish and feel. We use Rubio Oil + 2C, which meets the EN 71-3 toy standard for children's safety.

The oak we use comes from local forests and is PEFC (Pan European Forest Certification) certified.
This guarantees that the wood we use comes from sustainably managed forests. Our supplies are regularly checked by an independent organisation.

Ecodesign is a preventive approach that minimises a product's impact on the environment:

- this bench is made from local wood: a renewable and recyclable resource.
- It can be repaired: natural solid wood can be sanded and restored.
- the seat and back of this bench can be dismantled and easily changed or restored.

This Aix 120 cm oak bench is made from natural materials selected for their technical, environmental and health qualities.

The Aix bench is easy to maintain:

- Wood surfaces can be cleaned daily with a damp sponge or cloth.
- For optimum care, you can clean it with nourishing care oil.
- Scratches on the wood surface are easily repaired.
- The backrest and seat are removable for easy maintenance.
