A design and sturdy bar stool

This solid beech PilPil bar stool captivates with its contemporary, simple design and remarkable craftsmanship. In addition to its ergonomic features, this high bar stool made of beech is made to measure, repairable, and stackable, earning its name "PilPil" as it stacks perfectly. Like all our furniture, it is 100% made in France and crafted in our workshop in Saulnot, in Bourgogne Franche-Comté. You can choose the ideal custom seat height down to the centimeter for your countertop, bar, or kitchen island. As with our entire production, this stool is eco-designed, and great care is taken to reduce its environmental impact: the wood is local and PEFC eco-certified, the oil is natural and free of VOCs (volatile organic compounds), and, most importantly, it is durable. It is also available in walnut, beech, and black oak and can be customized upon request, made with other wood species such as chestnut, maple, etc.

Description of the PilPil beech stool:

• Total height with backrest: seat height + 12 cm
• Solid beech structure, 60 x 22 mm section
• Assembly with mortise and tenon joints and glued dowels
• Seat and backrest in 100% beech plywood throughout its thickness
• Franche-Comté wood certified PEFC
• Finish with natural light oils (varnish on request)

Choosing the seat height of your stool:

• We recommend choosing a seat height 25 to 30 cm below the height of your table, bar, or kitchen island.
• Choose a seat height of 60 to 65 cm for a countertop or kitchen island height of 90 cm
• Choose a seat height of 75 to 80 cm for a bar or high bistro table height of 105 cm
• When placing your order, choose the custom seat height from 58 to 75 cm from the list above. Your stool will be custom-cut to the requested height, and this customization means you cannot exercise your right of withdrawal, so be sure to check the seat height before placing your order.
