This solid oak chair seduces with its contemporary design and welcoming, authentic features, just like a dish of couscous shared in conviviality. 
Both functional and aesthetic, the Couscous chair is handcrafted in our workshop in Franche-Comté, in a 100% French eco-design process. It is made from PEFC-certified solid oak from sustainably managed forests within a 15 km radius of our workshop.
With the Couscous collection, designer Bina Baitel offers a contemporary reinterpretation of traditional assemblages, such as the structure of this chair, which reveals itself ornamentally through its backrest. Winner of the FRENCH DESIGN INCUBATOR 2022, the Couscous chair will fit as easily into your kitchen as into a contemporary living room.
