The design of our armchairs combines solid wood and eco-responsible fabrics. The wood comes from sustainably managed forests, PEFC certified and located less than 15 km from our workshop in Saulnot, eastern France. The fabrics are selected for their quality and virtuous origins: natural (wool, linen, hemp, etc.) and/or recycled (polyester, cotton, etc.). The entire armchair is crafted by hand in our workshop, and you can choose the colour of the cushions from our fabric selection. For a contract project such as a restaurant or hotel involving more than 10 armchairs, you can choose a custom-designed armchair made with the fabric of your choice.
The design of our armchairs, clean and minimalist, incorporates materials and high-quality craftsmanship. The solid wood is meticulously assembled by our cabinetmakers, who perform the sanding and finishing of each armchair by hand to ensure that all joints are as flawless as they are durable. The cushions of our armchairs are crafted with the same care and attention to detail by our upholstery artisans.
Our wide range of upholstered wooden armchairs are perfect for all types of use, whether placed next to a fireplace in your living room, to furnish your reading nook and enjoy a comfortable seat during your reading sessions, or furnishing your hotel waiting area, or a relaxation corner in your restaurant. This armchair is highly versatile.
Our armchairs are designed with high-quality materials to provide long-lasting comfort, and their seat consists of four layers stacked from bottom to top:
- a base made of elastic straps stretched over a wooden frame, providing resilience to the seat and preserving the durability of the foam.
- a high resilience foam of high density (38 to 42 kg) placed on the base: it is a key component of comfort and the durability of this comfort.
- a natural wool wadding placed over the foam: it adds extra softness between the foam and fabric and increases the lifespan of the fabric.
- the fabric is the final covering, chosen for its design and durability, and is applied to order based on the fabric colour you have selected.
All of our seat and back cushions are designed to be durable, repairable, and replaceable so that the complete cushion or just the fabric can be easily replaced if damaged, either by a workshop refurbishment or a direct exchange at your location.
