The MéliMélo solid wood and resin table: an irresistible duo!
Entirely crafted in our own cabinetmaking workshop in France, the MéliMélo table is also customizable: you choose the size and wood species that suit you! Its interlocking legs give this design table its "MéliMélo" name. The sobriety of the design allows this French wood table to blend in easily with contemporary architecture. Like all our furniture, the ecodesign table is made from PEFC-certified wood. HI-MACS® resin is made from acrylic, minerals and natural pigments.

Resin tabletop: 100% Design

Description of the MéliMélo oak table :

The HI-MACS® - MéliMélo solid wood and resin design table in oak and resin is finished by hand by our cabinetmakers.
The wood is carefully sanded with fine grain (180 grit paper) before being treated with Rubio® natural oil, containing 0% VOCs (volatile organic compounds).
This environmentally-friendly finish protects the wood over the long term while enhancing its natural grain.
It leaves the surface silky smooth and soft to the touch, while providing effective protection against stains and daily wear and tear.

To ensure that our products are sustainably harvested, we select PEFC-certified wood all the way from the forest of origin. This guarantees that the wood we use comes from sustainably managed forests. Our supplies are regularly checked by an independent organization. What's more, the wood we use comes from the forests of Burgundy-Franche-Comté. It's a true model of inspiration in the circular economy: there are no human inputs, the trees naturally reseed themselves and the falling leaves and branches improve the soil. Our cabinetmaking and sourcing operations are audited annually by an independent body to verify compliance with the certification guidelines:

Our cabinetmaking company designs and manufactures all furniture from A to Z in Franche-Comté. It's a preventive approach that minimizes the product's impact on the environment. Protecting the environment is a six-step process:

- Raw materials: our cabinetmakers work exclusively with local PEFC-certified wood.
- Manufacturing: our craftsmen avoid making wood scraps, and if they do, we try to reuse them to make other objects. For example, the salad servers available in "Accessories".
- Transport: The team tries to group orders so that only one delivery is required. Our furniture can also be picked up in our workshop. Our furniture is stackable, which minimizes the number of truck journeys.
- Use: 100% Made in France and eco-designed with solid wood from Burgundy-Franche-Comté, this guarantees you furniture with unrivalled longevity and manufacturing quality.
- Finish: our Made in France furniture is refined with Rubio® natural vegetable oils (meets EN 71-3 toy standard for children's safety).
- End of furniture/recycling: The advantage of solid wood is that, once worn, you can sand off the damaged part. If the damage is more serious, don't hesitate to contact us for more information.

"We meticulously select the wood used in the manufacture of our furniture to guarantee :

- reduced indoor air pollution
- absence of hazardous substances.
- reduced VOC (volatile organic compound) emissions.
- formaldehyde-free wood glue.
- natural vegetable oil finish (toy standard EN 71-3 for children's safety).

Table maintenance is easy:

- For daily maintenance:
Simply clean with a damp sponge or cloth, or use Rubio ® interior soap. Also use an abrasive cleaner for the resin top.

- For occasional maintenance:
Heavily used surfaces can tarnish over time, use Refresh Éco Rubio ® care oil to restore silkiness to the surface and revive the oil's protection.
If a greasy substance has remained in contact with your furniture, a stain has certainly appeared. Use Rubio ® Cleaner Degreaser Spray.

- If you need to repair your resin tray, please contact us. HI-MACS® resin tops are homogeneous throughout their thickness and can be repaired, glued, sanded or repolished by a professional.
